Animal Legal Defense Fund : Expose Animal Abusers
It's about time! I've been pushing for similar use of an online database that to me is one of the most comprehensive collection of animal abusers. The only problem is that the owner of the website, http://www.pet-abuse.com states that there is no law making it mandatory for every convicted abuser to be placed on the database. Let's change this NOW, starting with your signature on this petition.

Injured Pigeon Abandoned on Roof
Something is seriously wrong with a justice system that lets off animal abusers with nothing more than a slap on the wrist (if even that) and harshly penalizes anyone with a shred of decency who acts as a rescuer. WTF is wrong with Pennsylvania? PLENTY... and it's time to change that.
